About Northeast Automotive

Northeast Automotive began operating in March of 2010 in the former Diamond Automotive building at Knapp & Fuller in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We bring with us over 50 years of combined automotive service experience.

We are a full service auto repair facility and believe in exceeding our customers’ expectations and providing complete explanations of repairs and maintenance. We are “Your neighborhood car care center” and take great pride in presenting a facility that is clean, safe, well organized, and environmentally conscious. Customers have 24/7 access to company management and towing services.

Cliff Worden is our General Manager and one of the member owners. He is an ASE Certified Parts Specialist and an ASE Certified Service Consultant. Starting out his career with Montgomery Ward’s Auto Centers, he has worked as an auto service advisor and store manager for various businesses for over 20 years. Paula Grimm is our Office Manager and one of the member owners. With an office support certificate from Baker College of Muskegon and over 30 years of experience in office management, she helps run the business behind the scenes. Paula also grew up in the area and attended the school around the corner.
